Asked about Dream Cream
Four straight answers.
- What is in the bottle?
- Sparkling water, prebiotic fibre, real fruit extracts, natural flavours, citric acid, and monk fruit / stevia. The full list for each flavour, in order, is printed on its label.
- The whole answer, on the Pop Desk
- How much fibre is in a bottle?
- Six grams of added fibre in every 220 ml bottle. The label calls it added fibre. It is a soluble fibre, so it dissolves completely: you cannot see it or feel it in the drink.
- The whole answer, on the Pop Desk
- Is Goli Pop low in sugar?
- Yes: its label says low sugar, and a laboratory report of June 2026 found less than 2 g of total sugar, and less than 1 g of added sugar, in 100 ml. It is sweetened with monk fruit / stevia. Each bottle's nutrition table gives the figures for its flavour.
