What we collect when you use golipopsoda.com, why we collect it, and how to see it, correct it or have it deleted.

Last updated 8 October 2026Draft

The short version

  • We collect personal details only when you give them to us: by sending the Pop Partner form, or by writing to us.
  • We use them to answer you and, if we go on to work together, to run that business. We do not sell them and we do not use them for advertising.
  • This site sets no cookies of its own, keeps nothing in your browser when you simply visit, and carries no analytics, advertising or tracking pixels.
  • The reels and posts in Pop stories are shown by Instagram's and Facebook's own players, and only after you say so. What those players then collect is governed by Meta's policy, not ours.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time: hello@golipopsoda.com.

01

Who we are

Goli Pop Soda is a brand of ABNN Fresh Expo LLP, 1101, Mantra ITC, Ram Chowk, Mota Varachha, Surat - 394101, Gujarat, India (“we”, “us”). We decide how the personal details described on this page are used. India's law calls that being the data fiduciary; the law of the United Kingdom and the European Union calls it being the controller.

For anything to do with your details, write to hello@golipopsoda.com.

02

What we collect, and why

There are three moments at which we receive something about you. For each: what it is, why we need it, what allows us to use it, and how long we keep it.

When you send the Pop Partner form

What
Your name, your role, your company and its website; your email address and, if you give it, your phone or WhatsApp number; the country and cities you would cover; what your business does, the kinds of brands and sales channels you work with, the volume and timing you have in mind, the flavours that interest you, and whatever you write in your message.
Why
To judge whether we can supply your market, to come back to you with samples, pricing and a plan, and, if we go on to work together, to run that business relationship.
Our basis
You ask us to, and you agree to it: you tick the box and send the form yourself. You can withdraw that agreement at any time.
How long
For as long as we are in conversation or doing business with you. After that we keep only what the law requires us to keep, and delete the rest.

When you write to us

What
Your email address, your name if you give it, and what you write.
Why
To answer you.
Our basis
Your request, and our ordinary interest in answering the people who contact us.
How long
For as long as the correspondence is needed. After that we keep only what the law requires us to keep (order and export papers, for example).

When you simply visit

What
As with every website, the computers that deliver this one receive your IP address, the kind of browser and device you use and the pages you ask for, and note them briefly in their logs. When you send the form, your IP address is also used for a few minutes to stop the form being flooded; it is not stored with your enquiry.
Why
To deliver the site, to keep it secure and to stop abuse.
Our basis
Our interest in running a safe, working website.
How long
A short time, set by the company that hosts the site. We do not build profiles of visitors.

We do not ask for sensitive details, such as your health, your beliefs or your finances, and we do not want them. Please leave them out of your message.

03

Cookies and your browser

This site sets no cookies of its own, and it keeps nothing in your browser when you simply visit. It keeps a note there in three cases only, each tied to something you do. The notes stay on your device:

  • When you say yes to the reels in Pop stories, that yes is noted in the tab you are using, so that you are not asked again on every page. It is gone when you close the tab, or when you press “Turn them off” beside the stories.
  • When you fill in the Pop Partner form, your answers are held in the tab you are using, so that a reload does not lose them. They are gone when you close the tab or send the form.
  • Only if you tick “Keep my answers on this device” is the half-finished form kept in your browser itself for another day. It stays until you send the form, untick the box or clear this site’s data.

We run no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixels.

04

Players from other platforms

Pop stories, on the home page, shows reels and posts through Instagram's and Facebook's own players, and Pop Proof can show a post from X. Nothing from those posts is copied to this site, and their owners stay in control of them.

  • The Instagram and Facebook players load only after you press “Show the reel” or “Show the post” on a story. One yes turns them on for every story. From that moment Meta receives your IP address and details of your browser, and may set cookies of its own, much as it would if you opened Instagram or Facebook yourself. “Turn them off”, beside the stories, stops it.
  • The post from X loads only if you press “Show the live post from X here”.

Until you press one of those, your browser makes no contact with these companies through this site. Pressing is your consent, and you can take it back at any time.

What those companies do with that information is set by their own policies: Meta and X.

05

Who else handles your details

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to other companies for their own use. A few companies handle them on our behalf and on our instructions:

  • the company that hosts this site and delivers its pages to your screen;
  • the company that runs our email;

If your enquiry would be better answered by one of our distribution partners in your region, we ask you before passing it on.

We may have to disclose details where the law, a court or a public authority requires it.

06

Where your details are kept

We are based in India, so your details are read and used there. The companies that work for us may store or process them in other countries, among them the United States and member states of the European Union.

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, this means your details leave your region. Whichever country they are in, we handle them as this page describes.

07

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
  • correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
  • delete your details;
  • stop using them, or take back the agreement you gave with the form;
  • under India's law, accept another person you name to use these rights for you, should you die or become unable to.

Write to hello@golipopsoda.com from the address you used with us, so that we know it is you. We answer within 30 days, and it costs you nothing.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live: in India, the Data Protection Board of India; in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner's Office; in the European Union, the authority of your own country.

08

Children

The Pop Partner form is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal details from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us theirs, tell us and we will delete them.

09

Keeping it safe

The site reaches you over an encrypted connection. Enquiries can be read only by the members of our team who deal with them, and the companies that work for us are bound to protect them.

No system is perfectly safe. If something goes wrong that puts your details at risk, we will tell you, and the authorities, as the law requires.

10

Links and changes

This site links to press articles, government pages and social platforms. What they do with personal details is their own affair, described in their own policies.

If we change how we handle personal details, we change this page and the date at its top.
